On-Campus 住房 – You won’t find that at most community colleges!

When you live on campus, you can choose between three different types of living environments.

住宅生活套房:

被称为 学院广场的套房, this is the best option for you if you want to meet a lot of people and enjoy an 活跃的社交生活.

Each suite includes three or four bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and two sinks. 你将和另一个学生合住一间卧室. 你还有个小厨房 is handy for making your own breakfast or snacks – it has a full-sized refrigerator, 微波炉，水槽，橱柜，桌子和椅子. 这栋建筑还有两个公共厨房 与他人分享. However, most of your lunches and dinners will take place in our Dining Halls, as you are required to have one of our Meal Plans when you live 在套房.

If you prefer to cook as often as possible, then this is a great option for you.

Also knowns as Dorms or Non-Cooking Rooms, this is a classic American college living 经验.

A meal plan is optional if you live in an on-campus Cooking Apartment or an off-campus 公寓.

Applications for housing typically open 4-9 months beforehand. 例如:

• If you plan to start classes in the Fall for the upcoming Academic Year, housing opens 1月中旬.

If you want a little bit more independence and a broader range of options, then you 可能会喜欢住在校外. 校园附近的经济适用房价格总是很高 demand, so although your final deadline might be two weeks prior to the start of a new session, we encourage you to apply as 早期 as possible.

• Off-campus housing units charge between $800 and $1,930 per semester, depending on 建筑.
• You will most likely need to pay a nonrefundable placement fee of $100.
• Your deposit will generally be about $250 and this may be partially refundable, depending 在公寓里.
• Each 公寓 will normally have two to three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room 还有一个厨房. Private bedrooms are more expensive, so many students prefer 分享 他们的卧室.
• Some 公寓s give a discount to students who pay their rent in advance for the entire academic school year (Fall Semester and Spring Semester). 
• Some rental contracts include the cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity) in the cost for rent, while other 公寓s charge separately for these expenses.
• Students are responsible for their own telephone and cable-TV charges.
• Most 公寓s are fully furnished; however, you will need to provide your own pillow, 毯子、床单和毛巾.
